  Ordered a prime rib medium rare. Got a prime rib well done. I've eaten LOTS of prime rib. This one was dry and overcooked. That isn't the problem though. I sent the prime rib back and the manager came out and proceeded to argue with me saying it was the lighting. She even brought out a flashlight, but she was reluctant to shine it on the meat. When I finally got her to shine it on the meat it was brown, just like I had said. She finally brought out a new prime rib, this time cooked to perfection, but then there was an off-hand comment afterward about coming back to the kitchen to check the new one out. I used to like this place. That's the worst I've been treated at a restaurant though.

  100%. Food was delicious. Prime rib. Whoa. The horseradish..fire!! BBQ... we had brisket and pulled pork. That was perfect. The PPork was like butter. Melts. Yes. Cool atmosphere. Live music.

  We had excellent service by a brand new waiter here and the food was good. Service here gets 5 stars and the food is 3 stars. It was good, but not particularly notable.
  
  It took 4 or 5 visits by the waiter to get my drink set up since it was the offseason and they didn't have all of the High West whiskers that they advertised. The waiter was very accommodating despite this being one of his first days on the job. His attentiveness, sincerity, and ability to adjust on the fly was appreciated.

  Staying at a nearby hotel, walked over and had THE BEST PRIME RIB I've ever had. The service was fast and amazing. The food was amazing. Recommending this place to all friends coming to Moab! Oh, and are server April was amazing and gave us great recommendations!
